A hearty classic for lovers of English and Irish Breakfast – but with a hint of luxury. Blended from high quality single-origin leaf, our unique breakfast tea sets a new standard in morning sipping. Bright high-grown Ceylon, rich, malty Assam, and deep, complex Yunnan create a stimulating wake-up cup.

Time: First thing in the morning, afternoon tea, all day.

Milk: Yes

Sugar: allowable

Brewing: Pour water just off the boil over one heaped teaspoon of leaf per cup. Infuse for 2-3 min.

Earl Grey (Blueflower) - the vibrant blue cornflowers are a visual match for the aroma and taste of the pure bergamot essence we use to infuse this tea.

The original scented black tea. Our unique blend combines a feisty Assam leaf, Ceylon OP, and Keemun, with essence of bergamot. Bright, citrus notes predominate – a fresh take on an old classic.

Time: midday, afternoon tea, early evening, with dessert

Russian Caravan - or as we like to call it, the 'babushka incident', where smokey Chinese reds collide with the malty Assam to create our take on a beloved classic.

One of the old classics revisited. The old caravans carried the aroma of tea to the far-flung reaches of the world. This blend embodies that feeling – a robust blend of charming refinement. Deep Chinese red teas have been combined with a malty Assam to bring a flavour hearty enough to warm the cockles on a high mountain pass.

Time: breakfast through to late afternoon, afternoon tea
