Our version of the legendary Moroccan mint tea. Gunpowder green tea has been combined with organic peppermint and spearmint, forming a stimulating, exciting tea that is perfect for cooling the temperament and refreshing the senses.

Sugar: allowable

Brewing: Pour water just off the boil over one heaped teaspoon of leaf per cup. Infuse for 2-3 min.

Generous portions of organic lavender flowerheads are blended with fine long wisps of our velvety Ceylon orthodox leaf for an inviting and most fragrant infusion.

Masala Chai

Masala Chai - this is not just for show - we handcrush spices ourselves to bring out the authenticity of this masala chai. Also note our use of the proper tea base for masala chai - an Assam CTC to give it the strength it needs to take on milk well.

At last, a chai worthy of the title ‘Masala’! This is the authentic recipe for Indian spiced tea combining both ground and hand-crushed whole spices with a robust Assam tea for strength and colour in milk. Warming, tantalising, and highly addictive – the ultimate spiced chai.

Time: Morning, midday, afternoon – use as a replacement for coffee

Milk: recommended

Sugar/Honey: recommended

Brewing: For restaurant and cafe service, put two heaped teaspoon in pot per cup. Fill pot halfway with water off the boil. Allow to infuse as you steam milk separately. Agitate the pot to allow for a stronger steep, then pour infusion and steamed milk together into glass and serve. Serve honey on the side.
