Silver Jasmine - not just any jasmine tea, we select only high grade, white-tipped green tea that is thoroughly infused with fresh jasmine blossoms.

This refined Chinese jasmine green tea displays an abundance of prized silver tips to compliment the  enticing, fragrance of jasmine. The tea leaves are laid over racks of fresh jasmine blossoms over night for an indepth aromatic infusion. A luxurious take on a classic tea.

Time: mid afternoon through to evening

Brewing: Pour water at 70-80 degrees (1/4 cold to ¾ boiling) over one heaped teaspoon of leaf per cup, infuse for 1-2 min. Can withstand two infusions.

Gunpowder green tea, or Lo Chu Cha, is the most assertive green tea in the range. Slightly smoky with a full, stimulating flavour and lingering finish. A versatile all-day tea that compliments spicy Asian flavours as well as Middle-Eastern sweets.

Brewing: Pour water at 80-90 degrees (hot with a dash of cold) over one teaspoon of leaf per cup, infuse for 1-2 min. Infuse once only.

One of China’s most revered green teas, Longjing is grown only in the hills around Hangzhou. The elegant spear-like leaves are rolled and wok-fired by hand to produce a deliciously fragrant tea that is fresh with the aroma of chestnuts, green leaves, and honey.

Time: midday through to after dinner

Grown on an artisan’s estate in the hills of Zhejiang, this rare Chinese green tea has been specially selected for its refinement and delightful flavour. The fine, perfectly-formed buds have been delicately twisted, imparting a fresh buttery aroma with hints of macadamia, green leaves, and sweet grape.

Jasmine Dragon Eyes - little pearls of goodness; our artisans spend endless hours delicately rollling this leaf to give it its signature look without compromising on the taste.

One of the most beloved artisan teas from China. Each ball has been carefully hand-rolled from a perfect white bud and leaf, and infused with the scent of freshly-picked jasmine blossoms. A cooling tea that is best taken when calming and freshening of the senses is required.

Brewing: Pour water at 80 degrees (1/5 cold to 4/5 boiling water) over 5 buds per cup. Infuse for 3-5min – watch as the buds unfurl. Can withstand two infusions.
