Firstly, Tjok and Arthur maintain close contact with our tea partners in their countries of origin to ensure we buy the best in the right time of the season. We then taste samples from the season’s selected artisanal growers. We make the selection. We share them with our customers and continue to bring in the teas in small, regular quantities. This ensures freshness and manageable control of quality.
